The InCube Challenge is a global innovation competition that is a launching pad for bright young minds venturing into entrepreneurship worldwide.
The journey unfolds in three stages:
- Prepcube, which initiates with an acceptance confirmation and entails an initial two-hour virtual meeting to acquaint participants.
- Outcube is a retreat held in Switzerland where participants engage in Design Thinking workshops and team-building activities and get primed for the InCube week.
- InCube, the heart of the competition, where teams have five days to tackle a challenge posed by a sponsor company, guided by a facilitator.
It's an intensive period, transforming concepts into thoroughly researched and developed pitches. The climax arrives on Friday, the Final Day, when solutions are presented before a jury and an audience of over 500, both in-person and online. Prizes are awarded by both the jury and the public.
Aveniq, Die Post, and PwC were our primary sponsors, and our challenge centered on

Our workspace was a compact glass cube at Paradeplatz in Zurich, a setting that became our creative crucible for five intense days. The experience was nothing short of unforgettable, a crucible for applying and expanding my knowledge, mainly focused on design thinking
We designed a solution to enhance Switzerland's public healthcare system. In collaboration with Die Post, we innovated a telemedicine kiosk initiative operated by skilled professionals. These kiosks facilitate home check-ups, fostering community interaction and adding value to healthcare services.
PostCare comprises two integral components: a digital platform and physical kiosks. Our platform allows individuals to access their complete medical history swiftly and efficiently. Teaming up with Swiss Post enables us to extend essential checkup services to any nearby office in any village.
The choice of "Post" symbolizes the postal service's ingrained role in Swiss culture, renowned for its ubiquity and trustworthiness, much like a Swiss watch. We firmly believe that this strategic partnership is the cornerstone for bringing medical services closer to every individual.
